Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have HSV 1 orally. Recently, I got little bumps under my penis area. I can see them only when I erect or when I pull them hard on the skin. Please help me.

Thank you doctor,

I have attached the photo.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

What were the symptoms seen and how long do you have them?

Patient's Query

Thank you doctor,

I noticed it three weeks ago. It does not cause itching and burning. It is seen only on my penis. I masturbate often. I can feel the bumps only when I stretch it and rub hard.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I have gone through the attachment (attachment removed to protect patient identity). These bumps are Fordyce spots, which are a harmless anatomical variant of the sebaceous gland. There is nothing to get worried, and usually, it does not require any intervention. If you want to remove them due to cosmetic concern, then a laser is the preferred method.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
