Hello doctor,
I have been having an issue for two months on and off and I need help with identifying it. I have been constantly feeling the need to go to the toilet when nothing comes out and it is a burning sensation when I do. Also, a lot of white thick discharge comes out too.

I understand all your concerns. From what you mentioned, you have urinary tract infection. UTI causes a burning sensation while urinating, frequent urination and change in the color of the urine. Sometimes, there is a pain in the lower part of the tummy. A short course of antibiotics will improve the condition.
