Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

In my endoscopy report, antral gastritis was found. I took Normoxic MB, Nixicid LS, and Tricaine AR gel for one month. It was gone away.

After one month, I got a urine infection and recovered after some time.

Now for some days, I have got some burning sensation in my stomach that comes and goes away. What should I do?

Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern.

It is gastritis. I hope you have done an antral biopsy during the endoscopy. We need the report on that.

The treatment plan will be based on biopsy reports.

Thank you and take care.

The Probable causes

The probable causes are gastritis.

Investigations to be done

The investigations include antral biopsy.

Treatment plan

Treatment plan includes tablet Pantaprazole 40 mg once in a day (empty stomach). Avoid spicy food.

Regarding follow up

By poviding the details about diet and stool pattern and previous antral biopsy report, if done.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
