Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am 28 years old, 60 kg, and 5.5 feet tall. Last week I started experiencing chest pain, mild headaches, and dizziness. I was tested for malaria and given medicine, but I still feel the same.

Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern.

Dehydration can cause headaches and dizziness. If your water intake is low, please increase it to at least two to three liters daily.

It might be a good idea to meet your doctor and check your blood pressure.

Since you are complaining of chest pain, I recommend getting an ECG (electrocardiogram) done. Any chest pain should not be ignored. It is also ideal to do other blood tests like complete blood count, random blood sugar, and HbA1C (hemoglobin A1C). If you meet your doctor, I am sure they will recommend these tests, and you can also get a complete clinical examination done.

I hope this helps.

Thank you and take care.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
