Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have chest pain, back pain, left arm pain, and slightly shortness of breath for the past two years. The pain remains constant all the time. I also have irritation and tingling for the last two years continuously. I have done ECG, echo, TMT, and CT angiography twice, and everything is normal. What should I do?

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Your symptoms do not seem to be due to a heart problem. Tingling sensations, irritation, etc., are not caused by the heart. Your symptoms more or less seem to be due to some nerve irritation which may be localized or generalized. I advise you to consult a neurologist for proper evaluation of symptoms. Sometimes nerves got entrapped between bones in the neck or vertebral column that causes pain, tingling, numbness in fingers, arms and hands. If you are a pure vegetarian, there may be vitamin B12 deficiency, which can cause such symptoms. Apart from these, there may be a problem in the peripheral and central nervous system. Therefore I advise you to have a visit a neurologist.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
