Hi doctor,
I have had recurrent pain in the chest slightly towards the left side recently, which subsided on its own very quickly, which makes me concerned about it. But as I am joining the military service, I did not want to get the check-up done. Is there a need to worry about it? Kindly help.
Hi,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I read your query and understand your concern.
From your history and description, there is a possibility of either gastritis or muscle-related pain.
In order to rule out heart diseases, kindly answer these questions.
1. Do you have any family history of heart diseases?
2. Do you have a smoking or alcohol habit?
Kindly revert with the answers.
Thank you.
