From your description, the symptoms you got are of chronic prostatitis. This is a long-term issue, and management can be challenging. It seems that you also tried antibiotics without proper outcome. The commonly used antibiotics for chronic prostatitis are Ciprofloxacin or Clotrimazole, but the antibiotics course is four to six weeks. Therefore, culture result is very important as sometimes you get the bacteria inside the prostate resistant to those antibiotics. A long course of antibiotics will be useless for you. The bacterial will become more resistant to antibiotics, and that will worsen the problem.

If you develop bacterial resistance, you might land on taking injectable antibiotics for six weeks, and that will be bonding for you and costly as well. Semen culture sample will have results in 72 hours then we can start the proper and sensitive antibiotics for best results.
