Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am a 31-year-old female. I am not feeling good for a while now and I do not know what is going on inside my body. I consulted many doctors and they told me that I am fine. I have done CT scans and basic blood work. They seem to be normal. I feel tired always. I am feeling full even after taking a few bites. I have pain and pressure in my stomach. I have a feel to pee more. I have a hard time while going poop. It was easy when I used a stool softener and laxative. I feel nauseous. I have this problem for a few months now.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern. Your symptoms are related to each other. You have fullness in your stomach due to chronic constipation and so your appetite has got reduced. Your rectum remains full due to this reason and so you have lower pelvic pain. I suggest you use an enema to clean your rectum. After that, use a laxative for two weeks to regularize the bowel movements. You can follow lifestyle and dietary changes to prevent constipation. You need to drink two to three liters of water per day. Avoid taking oily fried foods and eat plenty of green vegetables. Take a fiber-rich diet and do regular exercise. Have a walk for 30 to 40 minutes daily. Please share your blood works and other relevant reports soon. Please mention the details of your menstrual history whether it is regular or not and any symptoms associated with it.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
