I have an extremely sharp pain on the right side of my stomach with chills and constipation. Kindly help me.

Such pain can be due to acidity or constipation. Because as you mentioned, you are constipated, so there is bowel obstruction and formation of gases. That is causing all this pain. I would suggest you attach your reports. I will check and let you know further.

I suggest you take the following medication:

1) Tablet Meftal Spas (Dicyclomine 10 mg and Mefenamic acid 250 mg), take one tab after meal for pain.

2) Syrup Lactulose. Take one tablespoon once before sleeping. It will help you with constipation.

Drink lots of water and eat fruits such as banana and papaya, which will make stool soft, and you will have a normal stool.

Are you able to pass gases? Is pain in the upper abdomen or lower?
