Q. What are the methods to overcome constipation and hemorrhoids?

I have been on vacation for about ten days. While wiping, I spotted a small amount of bright red blood on the toilet paper. I observed some blood on the wipes on and off over the next few days. I observed a bit more today, about the size of a fingernail mixed with some mucous. There is nothing within the stool, and it is quite hard and lumpy, indicating that I am constipated daily. This means that it aches a little to pass the stool and that some days I feel some stinging sensation from the anus, but nothing too severe. Occasionally it is accompanied by some mucus, and I experience some constipation that makes it difficult to pass the stools.

I read your query and can understand your concern. According to your symptoms, it appears that only hemorrhoids are worsened by firm stool. The treatment is to take laxatives to soften the feces. I also suggest you to follow these instruction:
Avoid dishes with a lot of oil and spices.
Increase your intake of water and fiber.
Exercise, meditate, and practice yoga regularly.
You can try the following medications for 10 days and see what happens.
Also, take syrup. Duphalac 30 ml before bedtime for ten days with a glass of water.
Tablet.Trenaxa 500 mg twice a day after meals for five days.
Things should be improved with the medications listed above.If it persists or confirms 100 %, we will need to do a colonoscopy, but we can wait and see if medications and lifestyle changes work.
