Q. What could be the reason for cough, cold, left-sided stomach pain, and brown phlegm?
Hello doctor,
I am a 21-year-old female currently having a cough, cold, left sided stomach pain, and brown phlegm. When I quit smoking a month back. I am very worried and scared, I have health anxiety so this is not easy for me.

I understand your concern. Phlegm with blood streaks is common in seasonal colds and coughs. It is not a serious issue. I suggest you to follow a few instructions mentioned below.
- Take steam inhalation three times a day.
- Take a tablet pan 40 mg 1 per day on empty stomach.
- Take a tablet of Allegra 1 per day.
- Take tablet Zathrin 500 mg 1 per day.
