Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

The baby's age is 4 months. At this early age, cough medicine is not advisable. Usually, at this age, babies are breastfed and have nasal block which can lead to breathing difficulty including cough sensation. During feeding times, ensure the baby is held in the upright position and given proper burp. I suggest you put Nasoclear drops (Saline) in each nostril (nose), and this can be repeated three to four times a day especially at night. If fever is there, you need to show her to a doctor.
