My wife and I are scheduled for the COVID vaccine. Should we discontinue our regular medications?

My wife and I are scheduled for the first dose of the COVID vaccine on the twenty-seventh of this month. Below are the medicines we take for our thyroid, BP, asthma, or allergy. Please tell me if we need to discontinue these medications to have no cross-reaction with the vaccine and these medicines.

My wife is 36 years old. She is under Eltroxin 125 mg for hypothyroidism for the past four years and a multivitamin with multimineral for improving immunity (we take multivitamin tablets ourselves, not prescribed by the doctor).

I am 37 years old, and I take Nebicard 5 after breakfast and Telday 40 mg before bed at night for BP for the past four years. Tablet Romilast-L 10 before bed at night for the past three years. And multivitamins with a multimineral tablet. Kindly give your opinion.

Do any of the medicines mentioned above acts as immunosuppressants? With seven days left to first dose, shall we stop multivitamin now, or what time do you suggest to stop it and again resume the same? Kindly give your opinion.

Sir I forgot to say two important points. 1)As part of a treatment after we came to UK; apart from above medicines my wife is taking vitamin d 25000IU every Wednesday and Sunday till 30th of this month and one iron tablet daily for 1 month from now. 2)For constipation I take fabogyl 2 sachet everyday before food at night, you can compare this to Favolite in India(Isapgul Husk) Same questions; Q1)Can both of us continue to take these medicines/Husk along with above mentioned medicines in above threads? Q2)Any of these Medicines mentioned in this thread are immunosuppressant?
