2) Gargle with warm saline water.

3) Do steam inhalation.

4) Drink plenty of warm fluids.

5) Start a course of antihistaminic and antibiotic medications.

6) An antacid like Omeprazole with Domperidone combination will help.

7) Tablet Paracetamol 500 mg if you have a fever.

8) Check vitals, including oxygen saturation.

9) Maintain temperature monitoring chart.
