I have COVID, and I feel confused and hot. Why?

I understand your concern. It causes dehydration which leads to nausea and uneasiness. So due to that patient might experience a certain kind of confusion, so do not worry. I would suggest you,

1) Tablet Pantoprazole 40 mg once before the meal.

2) Tablet Domperidone 10 mg once before the meal.

Take for three days. Drink plenty of fluids such as green tea or lukewarm water.

1) What medicine are you taking currently?

2) Do you have a sore throat, nasal congestion, or difficulty in breathing?

I suggest adding tablet Azithromycin 500 mg once a day after meal for three days. It will help in cough, and you will feel better because you are COVID positive and not taking any antibiotics, so it is better to start antibiotics. And kindly check your oxygen saturation levels frequently. If anything else, please let me know. I hope this helps.
