Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I want to know some points about the following topics.

1. COVID-19 awareness and adaptation.

2. COVID-19 support to vulnerable groups.

3. Post COVID-10 recovery and realignment.

4. Mental health and psychosocial support.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

1. COVID-19 awareness and adaptation: Social distancing and use of face masks and proper had hygeine is the mantra. Follow these 3 things properly and you will be safe.

2. COVID-19 support to vulnerable groups: Vulnerable groups are mainly the elderly (above 50 years) and patients with co morbid conditions like cancer, diabetes, blood pressure or any chronic conditions.

3. Recovery: Recovery usually takes 10 to 14 days in a healthy individual. Some may require ventilatory and supportive care.

4. Mental health: It is important to stay in a positive mood and keep a positive attitude in such trying times. You can do it by switching off media who usually gives wrong information and also mis interprets facts. Instead you can keep yourself engrossed by reading books, listening to music and by helping your family members staying with you to do household chores. The above information is very concise as it is not possible to post in detail the entire thing.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
