Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am a 28-year-old male suspecting a COVID infection, so I isolated myself. I use masks and got two vaccinations. I have fatigue, dry cough, fever and breathing difficulty since morning. Please help.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Your symptoms indicates influenza. COVID (coronavirus disease) could happen in vaccinated individuals as well but are often less severe and can be treated.

Follow the below steps;

1. Take complete blood count, C-reactive protein (CRP), erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), serum ferritin, serum D-dimer, and chest X-ray tests.

2. Do steam inhalation.

3. Gargle with warm water.

4. I suggest tablet Tylenol twice daily for three days. If it is not available, then I suggest tablet Paracetamol 500 mg thrice daily for three days.

5. I suggest tablet N-Acetyl Cysteine 600 mg once daily for five days.

6. I suggest tablet Vitamin C 500 mg twice daily for two weeks.

7. I suggest tablet Fexofenadine 180 mg once daily for five days.

8. I suggest tablet Aspirin 150 mg once daily for a week.

9. I suggest capsule Saccharomyces boulardi 250 mg twice daily for 5 days.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
