Hello doctor,
I have a curved penis and would like to know if sex would be painful for a curved penis?
Based on many figures and diagrams I have read on Peyronie’s disease, I cannot say whether my penis matches that level of the bend. However, it is not straight either, so I wanted your input. I have always had a curved penis when erect. I have no other issues currently, and I felt it essential to check in case my penile curvature is at particular risk of painful sex. So I have not experienced any pain with the curvature.
I am on medications like Flovent (Fluticasone Propionate) and Albuterol for asthma, and I do not take any medicines for penis health.

Peyronie's disease is different from the natural bend of the penis. Your penis is bent naturally and is seen in most adult males. This will not cause any impact on sexual intercourse. In Peyronie's disease, the abrupt bend is seen in the penis primarily due to fibrotic changes. This is different from the pictures you uploaded (attachments removed to protect the patient's identity). I can comment that you will have no problems with intercourse.
