Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Six months ago, my doctor removed both tubes during my c-section without my consent. For the last three days, I have felt tired and sick but hungry, headache and lightheaded. With still having my ovaries, I want to know if it is possible to be pregnant. My cycle usually lasts for 22 days. I am now on the 26th day of my cycle.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Regarding your current symptoms, it is possible to experience some early pregnancy symptoms, such as fatigue, nausea, and headaches. It is highly unlikely that you would be pregnant if both fallopian tubes were removed during your C-section. Without fallopian tubes, eggs cannot travel from the ovaries to the uterus, and fertilization cannot occur. However, hormonal changes can occur after any surgical procedure, including a C-section. These changes can cause menstrual cycle irregularities and other symptoms. The symptoms you are experiencing could be related to hormonal changes, stress, or another underlying medical condition.

Thank you.
