Q. Could bleeding after a gap of 58 days in the menstrual cycle be due to miscarriage?

Are you saying, you are pregnant and took abortion pills so the bleeding started or you have menstruated for almost two months, and now there is slight bleeding? Want to know if it is of abortion? or something else? I Will try to answer according to what I understood. If you are not pregnant, then such a thing can happen in thyroid abnormality or PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome). As you are already suffering from hypothyroidism, you should also rule out PCOS, by doing a pelvic ultrasound. If you are pregnant then please do an ultrasound to rule out any ectopic pregnancy.
