I have done a C-section and after ten years, I had an abortion by taking pills. Being a single parent, I work a lot. How to manage my period issue and stress? Kindly suggest something that makes me to have some relief. Please mention any treatment or therapy. I do not have any irregular periods. My weight gain was gradual and not sudden. I have heaviness in thighs, hips, pain in knees and thigh region. Kindly suggest some supplements.

On considering your age and other factors, you have a little delay in periods. It is not a problem as your period cycle is regular. Your symptoms can occur due to vitamin D and magnesium deficiency. You can take tablet Vitamin D3 5000 IU once a day for three months. You can also take tablet Magnesium citrate or Magnesium glycinate 200 mg once a day for a month. You can eat green leafy vegetables and fruits. Do aerobic exercise or do yoga for 30 minutes daily.
