Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I want to delay my periods for around two weeks since I am traveling at that time. How would I be able to do that?

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

You can take the following tablet for the required time you want to delay your periods. Tablet Meperate 5 mg, one tablet twice daily after food for 16 to 17 days starting from the day before the journey and continuing for two weeks. If you feel nausea because of the side effect, take the tablet Pantop-D SR (Pantoprazole and Domperidone) one tablet once a day on an empty stomach. Avoid excess stress.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Thank you for the reply.

I usually get my period on the 17th of every month, and I am traveling on the 14th. So from what date should I start the medicine?

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

Start from the 12th day. You will get your period two to three days after stopping the medicine.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
