Hello doctor,
There is severe pain in my root canal-treated front tooth for the past few days due to trauma. There is also some swelling in my upper lip. I am wearing a cap on the tooth. Will there be any problem with that tooth?

Yes, there seems to be either a fracture of the underlying tooth or there is some leakage because of the concussion. Now as per your history, it looks infected this time as you said there is swelling.
