Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am an 18-year-old girl. I am very worried about my health. I do not know what is happening to me. I feel like my mind is not working properly. I went to a psychiatrist he diagnosed me with depression I took medicines for it but did not recover. I was a brilliant and ambitious student who was very happy with my life. But now I am not able to do little tasks. I cannot think and feel properly. It seems like my brain does not function well. Please guide me on what should I do. Due to this condition, I think of committing suicide. Please guide me on what should i do. How can I get better?

Please help.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have read your query and understand your concern.

Remember every problem has a solution you just need to try solving it and help is just a step away. You need to take treatment to recover. Consult a psychiatrist in person for evaluation and treatment. Regular follow-up with a psychiatrist is necessary. Practice relaxation techniques like breath relaxation exercise daily as they will help you relax, focus and eases your anxiety. Do aerobic exercise daily and have a balanced diet rich in antioxidants and omega 3 fatty acids.

Feel free to ask if you have any further queries.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
