I am in depression, and I searched about prostitutes and porn on my office site. But now everyone in my department has come to know about this. So, I am not able to do my job. So please help me.

Why are you depressed? If you searched for pornography in the office, that is wrong, but that does not mean you fall into depression. This is not a stigma. Everyone watches porn, and it is normal. Yes, what happened in the office is wrong, but everyone will forget about this with time. Try to react normally. The more you think about this, the more you talk about this with anyone in the office, and the more stress you will get. Try to remain normal and behave as if nothing has happened. How many days have passed since that episode? What kind of mental issues have you had? Try to focus on your work. If you perform well at work, then nobody can question you. You can take leave for a couple of days to get relief from your routine. In some days you will be alright. If still the thoughts persist, I suggest taking medicines for that. Anxiety is the main reason for persistent thoughts. Drugs and relaxation therapy can help to reduce the symptoms.
