Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I think I have a virus that is giving me nausea and diarrhea. I have been experiencing this in the last 24 hours, and I am not feeling like eating or drinking anything. I have had headaches, a runny nose, and a sore throat. I am female, 56-years-old, my height is 5.09 feet, and my weight is 138.89 Ibs. I undertook a RAT yesterday, and it was negative. I have been drinking Hydrolite. Currently, I am taking Xalatan eye drops and Aspirin for migraine when necessary. I took a Gastro stop when I experienced the same issue before.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have read your concern in detail and will surely help you out.

You have got an acute infection in your stomach, known as acute gastroenteritis. This is very common at this time of year when summers are coming up.

I suggest the following medications, and you will be fine.

1. Tablet Satrogyl-O (Satranidazole and Ofloxacin) one tablet twice a day for five days.

2. Tablet Normaxin RT (Chlordiazepoxide, Clidinium, Dicyclomine, and Rabeprazole) one tablet twice a day for five days.

3. Capsule Vizylac (Lactic acid bacillus) twice a day.

4. Stay hydrated. Diarrhea tends to cause dehydration and excess lethargy, and weakness.

5. Avoid oily, spicy food and milk as these tend to worsen the symptoms.

Take this treatment, and you will be completely fine. Hope this helps. Kindly revert in case of further queries. Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
