Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I need to reduce my waist size by 2 inches. Can you recommend drugs, supplements, and a diet to achieve this?

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Regarding the diet,

  1. You should take 1200 calories per day.
  2. The breakfast should be between 7 to 10 AM. It should contain an egg and one whole-grain bread.
  3. You need to have a snack at 12 PM. It can consist of fruits, green tea, or dark chocolate with coffee.
  4. Lunch can be had between 2 to 5 PM. It can consist of four tablespoons of rice or pasta, grilled protein meat or chicken, and green salad and vegetables.
  5. Another snack is to be between 6 to 8 PM. This should be similar to the first, except for coffee.
  6. Dinner should be between 7 to 9. Yogurt and lemon juice.

Regarding medications, I do not want to recommend any medications.

It would help if you had lifestyle measures like walking for 30 minutes daily.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
