Hi

Welcome to iCliniq

I have gone through your description. T inversions in ECG can be bacause of BP itself but it occurs only in the lateral leads. I have seen your ECGs also but it is dated 3years. And I have doubt in your ECG that it is not taken correctly as the waves in aVR is usually downwards, but it is upright in yours. So I would request you to repeat an ECG at present again along with an ECHO to check if there is any HCM for you like your father. And regarding BP medicines, if your Heart rate is high you can restart Aten at low dose of 25mg once daily. Review with reports
