Emergency Life Saving Procedure

The emergency life-saving procedure followed for a long duration was ABC (airway, breathing, and chest compression) with the help of cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Now new guidelines have been formed as CAB (compression first, followed by clearing the airway and rescue breaths). This is done in an emergency situation where the patient's heartbeat has stopped.
