Emotional instability is a frequent exaggeration of mood changes with intension emotions. It occurs due to a chemical imbalance in the brain characterized by a decrease in serotonin and wavering levels of serotonin and dopamine. Sorrow, exploitation, abandonment, and attachment can cause emotional instability. Psychotherapy is the most desirable treatment for it.
