I went through your query thoroughly. You have erectile dysfunction. But it is not secondary to depression or anxiety. Smoking is also a cause of erectile dysfunction. So quit it. Try to control your frequency of watching porn or phone sex. Take tablet Tadacip (Tadalafil) 20 mg, 40 minutes before intercourse and take tablet Buprex (Bupropion) XL 150 mg one tablet daily at night.
