Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Sometimes, I have a stuffed nose, especially during cold temperatures. I have tried using 100 % pure eucalyptus globulus with a carrier oil on my chest or chin. It has worked well. I use it by breathing from the bottle directly three to four times. Is it safe to sniff directly from the essential oil bottle instead of diffusing or adding it to the skin? Is it safe for my lungs and sinuses? Kindly advise.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com. Thank you for your question. I understand your concern. It is better not to sniff directly from the bottle. Instead, apply it over the skin or a handkerchief and then smell it. I hope this helps. Thank you.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Thank you for the response. I have already inhaled two to three times from the bottle. Should I be concerned?
