Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 32-year-old male, weight is 132 lbs, and height is 5 feet and 11 inches. I am suffering from a hormonal disorder; my estrogen levels are too high because of that. My body has developed man boobs and large hips like women. I consulted a homeopath doctor, and I am taking homeopathy medicines, but it is not helping me.

Kindly suggest a treatment.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have read your query and understand your concern. You can lower your estrogen levels naturally by taking a gluten-free diet. Increase probiotic and prebiotic consumption. Have bone broth daily if you are a non-vegetarian. Increase vegetable intake, such as broccoli, cabbage, and green pepper, to help the bowel eliminate estrogen. Avoid gut irritants like oily, spicy, or junk food. I hope this helps.

Thank you.
