Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have fear of losing dear ones and a fear of death of my parents and husband. I am staying with my in-laws and my husband is abroad, my parents are not with me. I miss my parents and husband badly. What to do? How to overcome this? Some days, I cannot even do a simple thing. I am preparing for national-level competitive exams. Some days, I cannot even study a simple topic.

Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Why do you have fear of losing your husband? Is he doing any dangerous job?

I suggest you make some schedule for your routine. Be busy in your life. Take seven to eight hours of sleep. Do daily exercise for 30 to 45 minutes like walking. Meditate for 15 minutes daily. Take healthy good food and avoid junk food. Spend time for your creative hobbies like reading good books, writing journals, and learning or playing new musical instruments or a new language. Do things that make you happy for 15 to 20 minutes. Live your life, do not just spend it. Make a daily goal and achieve it. Follow the above for a few days if you still have anxiety and difficulty concentrating on your study then needs to start antidepressants. I hope I have cleared your doubts.

Thank you.
