Patient's Query

Hello,

I am a 25 years old man. I have been masturbating since the age of eleven. As a result of heavy masturbation for a long period, my body is exhausted, and I am experiencing many abnormalities. Worst of all, I lost interest or excitement in my life, which seemed colourless and meaningless to me. Please help me.

Thank You.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

I would like to inform you that masturbation is a completely harmless process and it is not associated with any ill effects. Almost 95 % of men do masturbation in their lifetime, and there are no reports of harmful effects of masturbation. Having said this, I like to inform you that low interest, motivation, and tiredness are products of depression. Sometimes, the guilt associated with masturbation affects you mentally and physically.

In the process of recovery, it is essential to correct your facts and stop worrying about the ill effects of masturbation. In addition, I will request you to contact me if the problem continues for treatment of depression and other mentioned issues.

I hope this helps you. If you have more questions, feel free to write back to me.

Regards.
