When these thoughts come to your mind, you should divert them to something else, such as watching some movies or going out. Once a day is fine. So here I am, not telling you to stop completely. Just reduce the number, and then slowly, everything will be fine. First, try once a day, then 3 to 4 times a week is fine. You should do meditations to distract your mind. And for acne, I would suggest you take a tablet Doxycycline 100 mg once a day for a week for five days. Drink enough fluids.
