I am a 34-year-old male. I am unmarried. My weight is 46 kg. I am masturbating daily, and I wish to reduce masturbating. It would be helpful to suggest some good ideas to increase my weight and reduce my masturbation. And regarding diet, I am a vegetarian.

I want to tell you that masturbation is not a bad habit. Masturbating once daily is normal, and no need to get worried about that. Most individuals masturbate. But watching porn is wrong, and this causes an enormous loss of time and affects you psychologically. That time can be spent on exercise or any other constructive activities.

To increase your weight, I would advise you to have bananas and milk daily. Avoid refined sugars and have carbohydrates in the diet to increase the weight. Exercise daily and have a good protein diet. This will help in weight gain.

Also, get your thyroid function test done to rule out hyperthyroidism which is an important cause of weight loss.
