Hello doctor,

I have constant heaviness and discomfort in the right eye. However, around a month ago, I experienced an eye floater that was obstructing my peripheral vision. The muscle of the brow is also continually pulling up. Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern.

The brow pain may be due to multiple reasons. Refractive error is the most common reason. You may not note decreased vision when the refractive error is small. Sinusitis is an inflammation of the sinus above your eye socket that sometimes mimics eye pain. Corneal abrasion can be associated with redness of the eye. Kindly visit your local ophthalmologist to rule out refractive errors. To reduce pain and nasal congestion in the interim, I suggest taking an analgesic and inhaling steam. I hope this helps. Thank you and take care.
