Hello,

Welcome to ciliniq.com.

It is now imperative to use gadgets nowadays for the online classes in students and that can take a toll on their eyes. However, there is no running away from it atleast at this COVID times. Excessive digital screen exposure can cause 2 things, One is dry eyes and the other is increasing minus power. For dry eyes remember the rule of 20. After every 20 minutes working on the computer, make sure you look away and blink consciously for 20 seconds. Also, you can use Eyedrop Systane Ultra 1 drop 4 times per day for 2 months in both eyes if you are feeling burning sensation in eyes. For minus power, it will now increase with height no matter whether you use computers or not but the rate of increase might be faster. I suggest intake of colored vegetables and some sunlight exposure.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
