Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have a fever, headache, weakness, and dry cough (persistent for more than a week). I am feeling so exhausted, and I do not feel like getting up from the bed. What medicines would I have to take to get my symptoms resolved?

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Thanks for your question. I can understand your concern.

By your history and description possibility of viral upper respiratory tract infection is more likely. So get done the COVID (coronavirus disease) test first. I suggest taking Azithromycin, Paracetamol, and Levocetirizine. Do warm water gargles and steam inhalation 4 to 5 times a day.

I will be happy to help you further. I wish you good health. Thanks.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
