I have a fever, headache, weakness, and dry cough (persistent for more than a week). I am feeling so exhausted, and I do not feel like getting up from the bed. What medicines would I have to take to get my symptoms resolved?

By your history and description possibility of viral upper respiratory tract infection is more likely. So get done the Covid (coronavirus disease) test first. I suggest taking Azithromycin, Paracetamol, and Levocetirizine. Do warm water gargles and steam inhalation 4 to 5 times a day.
