Your age is 46 years and it is very near to menopause. If you have been suffering from heavy bleeding, menorrhagia, recurrent unscheduled bleeding, heaviness in the lower abdomen, and urinary urgency, it is better to remove fibroids. As their presence will cause more long-term symptoms near menopause.
