Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have been experiencing flu symptoms for a week now, and I still have the symptoms. I am unable to go to work because I am still sick. I am taking Lexapro, Singulair, birth control pills, Verapamil, Trazodone, Omeprazole, Carafate, Methocarbamol, and Famotidine. I had the blood work, urinalysis, and X-rays done, and all were normal. Kindly help me overcome this situation.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I suggest you to take the following medications for three days,

1. Tablet Doxy (Doxycycline) 100 mg twice daily after food.

2. Tablet Montair FX (Montelukast and Fexofenadine) one tablet twice daily.

3. Tablet Dolo (Paracetamol) 650 mg twice every day.

4. Tablet Pulmoclear (Acetylcysteine and Acebrophylline) one tablet thrice a day.

Also, I suggest using Piodin (Povidone Iodine) mouthwash solution for mouth gargling twice daily for three days. I hope this has helped you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
