Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am concerned about my penis foreskin. My foreskin is cracked and painful to retract. My penile head sometimes becomes reddish, and sometimes milky discharges are seen in the morning. I have suffered from these cracking and painful issues for nearly a year. Sometimes, the foreskin gets cracked after intercourse with a burning sensation. I am a diabetic and high blood pressure patient. I have been using over the counter cream and have done tests for HIV (human immunodeficiency virus), syphilis, and gonorrhea, which were all negative.

Please help.

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome to iclinq.com.

I understand your concern. As you have explained your symptoms, you seem to have been suffering from phimosis. There is no need to worry. If pain is present, you can contact your doctor to use ointment Lobate GM Neo (Clobestosol, Miconazole, and Neomycin) for local application and the tablet Zerodol P (Serratiopeptidase, Aceclofenac, and Paracetamol) for pain. Please share the picture of your erect penis for better diagnosis. Phimosis is commonly seen in diabetic patients. If phimosis is confirmed, we need to plan for circumcision.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
