Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 20-year-old female. My height is 5 feet 2 inches, and my weight is 94.7 lbs. When I increase my diet for weight gain, my frequency of stools increases from once to two to three times per day.

Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern and would be happy to help. Do you have any blood test or abdominal ultrasound scan reports? Are you taking any medicines?

I suggest you exercise regularly and practice yoga and pranayama for better digestion. Also, include sprouts, dates, bananas, green leafy vegetables, and milk in your diet. I also suggest taking syrup Amyron (ayurvedic multivitamin supplement) 10 ml thrice daily for 6 to 12 weeks.

I hope this helps.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
