You may be suffering from a fungal infection that commonly affects the inner thighs, groin, and buttocks area. It can be treated by a course of antifungal treatment, which includes tablets along with creams. Do not use soap over that area. You need to take some precautions for the complete cure:
1. Avoid sharing towels and soaps.
2. Avoid contact with pets.
3. Check for any other family member with a fungal infection. Then, they should take treatment.
4. Apply prescribed cream or ointment regularly for two months.
5. Apply not only on the affected area but also on the surrounding normal area.
6. Take a shower twice daily.
7. Dry your inners under the sun. Wear loose cotton clothes and avoid tight jeans.
Treatment plan:
1.Tablet Levosiz (Levocetirizine Dihydrochloride) 10 mg daily one tablet for 14 days.
2 . Lulican cream (Luliconazole) for local application twice daily for one month.
