Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I suggest you get the following tests done. 1. Thyroid level. 2. Stress level. 3. Bone density. 4. Worm test. Daily exercise with proper diet will help you gain weight with fitness. Eat every two hours. You have to eat high-protein foods. I have given you a diet chart. I have also mentioned alternative foods. 1. Early morning 7 AM - 3 to 4 soaked almond or sprouts. 2. Breakfast 8.30 AM - Two brown bread with boiled egg (without yolk) or three roti with milk or two bread with peanut butter. 3. Midmorning 11 AM - Fruit juice, especially, pineapple or banana milkshake. 4. Lunch 1.30 PM - Two cups of rice with vegetable curry, a bowl of egg or chicken or fish curry, and half a cup of sour curd. 5. Tea time 4.30 PM - Tea and biscuit. 6. Evening snacks 5.30 PM - A bowl of vegetable stew or semolina porridge. 7. Dinner 8.30 to 9 PM - Roti or a cup of rice, a bowl of paneer curry. Along with this diet chart, I suggest you try doing the following. 1. Take Protein powder for three months. 2. Do not use any medicine for gaining weight. 3. Do exercises like strength training, or yoga. 4. Avoid stress and alcohol. 5. Take plenty of water, 10 glasses a day. 6. You should eat more food at each meal by force. 7. Before taking a meal, you can walk for some time, as it helps to increase hunger. 8. Sleep at least 7 to 8 hours a day. 9. You can take chocolate, pastry, cake, chips, butter, ghee, paratha, etc. Kindly remember that gaining weight is a time taking process. So, do not expect any result within a fortnight.
