It is infiltrating nearby structures and obstructing bile at certain places. So an oncologist's assessment is mandatory to rule out the possibility of radical removal of cancer. If they find it unresectable, they will perform a biopsy to confirm the diagnosis.

In addition, there is typhoid infection and gallbladder stones. Both of these are risk factors for gallbladder cancer. You have not attached the liver, and renal parameters, typhoid serology tests, etc.
