Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

My son, around 3 years, has had a fever and stomach ache for the last two days. Also, he has had loose stools for the previous day, and there is no fever from last night. I had given him Tablet Paracetamol and Enterogermina oral suspension. Could you prescribe some medicines to stop his loose stools and pain? Kindly help.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and understand your concern. I would suggest

  • Syrup Zithromax (Azithromycin dihydrate) quarter teaspoon daily for seven to ten days.
  • Syrup Tiemonium Methyl Sulphate half teaspoon three times a day following the meal.

This will help to subside the loose stools and the stomach ache.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
