Hello doctor,
I am 19 years old, suffering from acid reflux with tonsillitis. I do not eat spicy foods. But there is constant irritation while passing the stools, and it looks yellow. I have stopped taking medications. Why does this happen? Please help.

1. Do regular abdominal exercise apart from medications.
2. For better digestion, go for walking.
3. Consume more vegetable salads, fruits, and milk.
4. Avoid nonvegetarian, oily and spicy foods for a few weeks.
5. Eat tablet Pan (Pantoprazole) 40 mg once daily before breakfast, tablet Amalaki (gooseberry) twice daily for three weeks.
