Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am suffering from diarrhea for about 28 hours now. The stomach is hurting into the bladder in both sides. The leg is in pain, so I am unable to walk. There is no fever. I am unable to eat and sleep. I have a sharp and cramping pain in the stomach and back. I never had this problem before.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

You have an acute gastroenteritis problem. You can take Rabeprazole 20 mg once a day for a week. Avoid gastric irritants like excess tea or coffee, excess spicy foods, smoking, and stress. Cooked oatmeal can help soothing stomach. Take ORS (oral rehydration solution) powder with water. You can take a probiotic tablet. If there is no improvement, then, stool routine analysis can be done. Consult a physician for examination. Thank you and take care. Regards.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
